At Hoffman EV, we believe in making everything better through responsible, artful engineering. Rejecting the wastefulness of fossil fuels, we began our journey by recycling gas vehicles into high-performing, efficient electric cars, but found the expense to limit accessibility. This inspired us to create the Hoffman EV Chassis: a body-on-frame platform ready to accept the complete drivetrain from a Tesla Model 3. With integrity at the core of every decision and interaction, we value creativity, sensibility, and the balance of design and innovation.

Founder Geoffrey Hoffman’s journey began over 25 years ago, honing his skills in crafting wood and metal fixtures for clients nationwide. With a thriving business of 50 dedicated employees, and a love and admiration of rare British imports, he saw an opportunity to turn his passion for engineering into an art form: electric vehicle rehabilitation. In doing so, he became a distinguished builder for quality bespoke conversions, artistically mastering the process.

Having a complete, state-of-the-art metal fabrication plant gives Hoffman EV unlimited capabilities, allowing for the rapid custom tailoring of conversion components to the exact specifications needed for each vehicle. At Hoffman EV, the emphasis on craftsmanship takes center stage. Each classic car chosen for conversion undergoes a metamorphosis guided by Geoffrey's artistic vision.
